Medtronic introduces real-time AI-assisted decision-making for Hugo surgical robot
Medtronic announced on Tuesday that it has developed an application supporting real-time intraoperative artificial intelligence decision-making for the Hugo surgical robot. The platform, named Touch Surgery Aide, integrates Nvidia computing infrastructure and runs Medtronic's proprietary AI application, Instrument Exit Point (IEP), which has received FDA approval in the United States.
